Apply for admission

Submit your application with your academic transcripts and supporting documents.

2

Automatic assessment

Admissions reviews your profile against every award you may qualify for.

3

Award in your offer

Your scholarship and any eligible discounts are confirmed in your offer letter.

4

Accept & enrol

Accept your offer and complete Pre-Enrolment to lock in your award.

Keep your award every trimester.

Your scholarship continues for as long as you meet two simple conditions, reviewed at the end of each trimester. We don't withdraw an award the moment results slip — there's a fair, stepped process with a chance to recover.

  • CGPA2.3+ undergraduate · 3.0+ postgraduate (3.0+ to keep the 40% and 50% merit tiers)
  • Attendance75% or above in every trimester
  • If you dipProbation first, then a 10-point step-down per review — with reinstatement when you recover

Common questions

Can I hold more than one scholarship?+

No — you may hold one scholarship at a time. If you qualify for several, the higher-value award applies. Discounts, however, can stack on top of your scholarship and with each other.

Do I need a separate scholarship application?+

For most awards, no. Your admission application is your scholarship application, and the Admissions team assesses your eligibility automatically. Some awards ask for supporting evidence — for example, venture proof, medical evidence, or income documents.

Can I apply with predicted grades?+

Yes. You may submit predicted grades if your final results aren't yet available. Conditional admission may be granted, and a scholarship can be secured on that basis.

How high can my total award go?+

The scholarship itself is capped at 30%, except Undergraduate Academic Merit and the PhD route of the Postgraduate Excellence Award, which reach 50%. Discounts then stack on top and are not subject to the scholarship cap.

What happens if my grades drop?+

You're placed on probation for one trimester first, keeping your award. If results stay below the requirement, the award steps down by 10 percentage points per review, and is cancelled only at 0% or below the CGPA floor. If you recover, the award is reinstated at its current level.

Does my award cover repeat modules?+

No. Scholarships apply to your standard course load. Repeat or retake modules are charged at the full fee.
