ACADEMIC YEAR 2026 — 27
Four anchor dates every trimester — new admission deadlines, orientation, trimester clearance (Week 5) and parent assembly (Week 7). The full Summer 2026 to Summer 2027 schedule is below.
HOW TO USE THIS CALENDAR
New students: apply by the admission deadline two weeks before semester start, then attend Orientation Weekend. · Current students: clear fees by Week 5 to register for the next trimester; Parent Assembly is on the Week 7 weekend.
THE RHYTHM OF EVERY TRIMESTER
Each trimester turns on the same four moments. Learn them once and the whole year becomes easy to plan.
The last day to complete admission registration — always two weeks before the semester begins. Late applications cannot be approved for that intake.
Held the weekend before Week 0. Saturday runs on-campus; Sunday runs online for distance learners. Attendance is required.
Clear all fees for the next trimester by Week 5. Clearance is what unlocks course registration for the trimester ahead.
An afternoon session on the Week 7 weekend, by invitation to parents of on-campus undergraduates — progress, campus life and the term ahead.

BEFORE YOU PLAN
All new students must complete admission registration at least two weeks before the start of the semester. Late applications cannot be approved for that intake. The registration fee and 10% of advertised tuition must be paid before final enrolment.
Orientation runs the weekend one week before Week 0 (Enrolment Week) — Saturday on-campus and Sunday online for distance learners. All new students are required to attend.
Current students must complete fee clearance for the next trimester by the Week 5 clearance deadline. Without clearance you cannot register for the next trimester’s courses.
Held on the Week 7 weekend — Saturday in Winter and Summer, Sunday in Fall and Spring to avoid a clash with Doctoral Residency. Afternoon session for parents of currently enrolled on-campus undergraduates.
